open position :: Kitchen + Bar Back

We are seeking extremely personable, top notch multitasking support team members to join our Brass + Bone team. You will work hand-in-hand with our bartenders + cocktail servers so they can maintain excellent guest experience.

Brass + Bone is an artisan cocktail lounge + venue located in historic downtown Perryville, MO.

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as bar back and kitchen back for front of house staff

  • Prepare garnishes, syrups/agrie-douxes, juices for cocktails

  • Assist with bar bite menu prep

  • Manage inventory + stock for front and back of house

  • Complete all assigned side work duties for the shift

  • Maintain the highest safety, cleanliness + sanitation standards 

  • Participate in ongoing staff testing + continuing education activities provided by Brass + Bone

  • Properly represent the company in appearance + in actions

  • Demonstrate a passion + willingness for excellence in performance
