We are seeking extremely personable, top notch multitasking servers to join our Brass + Bone team. You will work hand-in-hand with our multi-hat wearing team to create a top notch guest experience.

Brass + Bone is an artisan cocktail lounge + venue located in historic downtown Perryville, MO with lounge expansion happening in 2024. 

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Properly represent the company in appearance + in actions

• Demonstrate a passion + willingness for excellence in performance

• Greet guests in a timely + professional manner

• Engage guests in a consistent, clear + warm way, all equally 

• Guide guests through their experience by providing details of our food + beverage products 

• Ensure that all of the items delivered at the bar + kitchen meets standards

• Assist with small plate menu prep

• Complete all assigned side work duties for the shift

• Maintain the highest safety, cleanliness + sanitation standards 

• Participate in ongoing staff testing or continuing education activities provided by Brass + Bone
